Terms & Conditions – Legal Consultation Bookings
All appointments, whether in-person at our office or by telephone, must be paid for in advance.
All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer. Failure to attend an office appointment or answer a scheduled consultation call will not entitle the customer to a refund.
Appointments may be rescheduled within 10 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability and office approval.
By completing the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
الشروط والأحكام – حجز الاستشارات القانونية
يجب دفع رسوم الاستشارة مسبقًا، سواء كانت الاستشارة حضورية في المكتب أو عبر الهاتف.
رسوم حجز الاستشارة غير قابلة للاسترداد في حال إلغاء الموعد من قبل العميل. كما لا يحق للعميل المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم في حال عدم الحضور إلى المكتب أو عدم الرد على الاتصال في الموعد المحدد.
يمكن إعادة جدولة المواعيد خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ الموعد الأصلي، وذلك حسب توفر المواعيد وموافقة المكتب.
بإتمام الحجز، يقر العميل باطلاعه على هذه الشروط والأحكام وموافقته عليها، مع مراعاة القوانين المعمول بها.
